eraser stamps! I can’t however attest to the effectiveness of these hacks as I
have never tried them before. But I can surely try
them out and do a follow-up

Winged eyeliner or the cat eye
look as we know it is currently trending. I love adding that extra flare to my
eyes, especially when it comes out perfect, but I’m sure we all have our horror
stories when it comes to application. From
uneven wings, to smudges, to getting
it in your eyes, to having to wipe it all off and doing it again! I’ve
experienced it all and I’m sure you can attest to these mishaps and more.

· Not everyone can draw a straight line, I can even
attest to this. You can try using a small piece of tape or a business card,
place it on the outer corner of your eye, tilting it to the angle you want the
end of your wing to have. Draw the line along the edge of the tape or card and
you’ll have a perfectly straight line each time. For an added benefit you can
put a point on the tape or card for where you want the wing to end, so that
both sides will be even.
· Another option is to find the right brush. There
are a lot of options with eyeliners, but not everyone is versed in using them.
If you want precision I recommend a liquid liner with a felt tip. If you’re not
too comfortable using a liquid liner, then you can try a gel liner with an
angled eyeliner brush.
· If you decide to go free hand it can help to
anchor yourself, so you can steady your drawing. Rest the tip of your pinky
finger on your cheekbone while your other fingers wield the liner. This allows
you to be steadier when trying to get a solid line.
